Yes, if your company is eligible for membership, they can join ISRI by contacting membership@isri.org. Once the company joins, all company employees are eligible for the member rate, other ISRI2024 member-only benefits, and all the advantages throughout the year.

No, group discounts are not available.

If paying by check, please register online and complete your registration up to the point of payment. Send your check, payable to ISRI, by mail or courier identifying all registrants covered by the payment to: ISRI2024 Convention and Exposition, PO Box 75245, Baltimore, MD 21275-5245. Note that checks are NOT accepted for payment onsite.

As with checks, please register online and complete your registration up to the point of payment.

When you register, the registration system automatically sends an email to the email address you provided in your registration. Please ask your IT expert to whitelist ISRI.org and Expotracker.net. You should also check your spam and clutter filters to ensure the email was not trapped before reaching your inbox.

If you are unable to find your registration receipt after these steps, please contact Convention@isri.org. Provide your name, company, address, phone, and email. We will research your registration to make sure it has been completed and, if so, will send a duplicate receipt.

ISRI will provide a full refund for convention registration cancellations made prior to 11:59 p.m. Eastern US Time on March 11, 2024, minus an administrative fee. For registration fees of less than $500, the administrative fee is $50. For registration fees of $500 or more, the administrative fee is $100. For cancellations made after March 11, 2024, ISRI will provide a refund of fifty percent of the registration fee. To make a registration substitution please send the request in writing to Convention@isri.org. Please include in the email the following information:

• original registration first and last name, company name, email address, phone number, and the original registration confirmation number.
• substitution attendee’s first and last name, email address, and phone number.

Substitutions can be made at onsite registration, but please allow for extra time at registration as this transaction takes several minutes to complete.

A misplaced badge or lost badge may be replaced by visiting the convention registration desk at Mandalay Bay Ballroom Foyer. The fee to replace a misplaced or lost badge is the applicable member or nonmember onsite registration rate.

Yes, children aged 2-16 must have a full conference registration to attend ISRI2024. Children not registered for the convention will only be given the opportunity to visit the Exhibit Hall after 2 p.m. each day. Children under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by a registered adult or guardian. Strollers are not permitted in the exhibit areas.

Yes, ISRI has secured a limited number of rooms with discounted rates available only to registered ISRI2024 Convention & Exposition guests. Rooms are first come, first served and available until the published deadline or sold out, whichever may occur first. See The official ISRI convention hotels

Once registered for ISRI2024, your confirmation email will contain a link directly to the hotel’s reservation system and a phone number to contact if needed.

A limited number of rooms have been blocked at the hotels. Reservations need to be made no later than March 11, 2024, to be eligible for the discounted guest room rate.

Please be mindful and beware of individuals offering assistance booking hotel rooms. Many of these offers are not legitimate and attendees who have used them have found themselves without reservations when they arrive at the event. The only authorized location for booking hotel rooms at the special ISRI rates is through the ISRI convention website at http://www.ISRI2024.org.

Yes, as a registered attendee, you can reserve up to 3 sleeping rooms. As a paid exhibitor, you can register up to 10 rooms for your exhibit hall personnel.

Yes, for Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino and for the Delano Las Vegas, a daily $25.00 resort fee plus the applicable tax is applied to each hotel room reservation. For all registered guests, the resort fee includes property-wide high speed wireless internet access (public spaces, meeting space and in-room), unlimited local and toll-free calls, airline boarding pass printing, and fitness center access for guests 18 years of age or older.

Yes, for Luxor Las Vegas, a daily $28.00 resort fee plus the applicable tax is applied to each hotel room reservation. For all registered guests, the resort fee includes property-wide high speed wireless internet access (public spaces, meeting space and in-room), unlimited local and toll-free calls, airline boarding pass printing, and cardio room access for guests 18 years of age or older.

Yes, a deposit equal to one night’s stay will be charged to your card when making your reservations.

Reservations can be cancelled or modified up to 72 hours prior to arrival. If canceling, any monies paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Contact any of the hotels within the ISRI room block directly to see if there is availability for the government rate. You may need to look outside of the ISRI contracted hotels to find this rate.

Fortunately, ISRI’s hotels and the Mandalay Bay’s South Convention Center hall are all connected and include an enclosed walkway. Shuttle service is not needed nor provided for the exhibit hall.

Depending on your citizenship, you may need a visa to travel to the United States to attend ISRI2024 Convention & Exposition.

Individuals requiring a visa must first purchase a convention registration. Once the payment has been processed, confirmation will be returned to the email address included on the registration form. If for any reason, you are unable to secure an appointment for a Visa or Visa approval, you will be refunded 100% of the convention registration fee paid.

Letters of invitation for ISRI2024 Convention & Exposition may be requested at the time you register and only after you paid in full. When registering you will have an option to select a Visa letter of invitation. Please be prepared to provide the following information:

Safety is a core value at ISRI. This applies equally to your operations and all ISRI2024 Convention & Exposition events. Following CDC guidance and requirements set forth by the State of Nevada, masks are not currently required for individuals in indoor public spaces in Nevada. ISRI will continue to monitor CDC and state guidelines and requirements and update this site accordingly.

Attire is business casual and some attendees wear sport jackets or light sweaters in case the temperature in the convention center and exhibit hall is cooler than preferred. Closed toe shoes are required for individuals attending off-site manufacturing and yard tours.

You should wear your badge and carry a photo ID with you for all convention activities. Your badge allows event security to identify what events you are eligible to attend. Photo ID will be required at all ISRI-hosted events so you should always have it available.

Photography in the exhibit hall is limited. As a courtesy, please ask an exhibitor before taking photos of equipment and displays in their area. Photography is only allowed during the official open hours of the exhibit hall. Photography during set-up, breakdown, and after hours is strictly prohibited and can result in the loss of convention credentials.

Be aware of scams. ISRI does not sell attendee lists. Anyone claiming they have a list of attendees to this event and is selling it is not being truthful. If you are interested in seeing attendees, you can do so after registering by logging into the registration page and going to the Networking Center. ISRI Connect, the ISRI mobile app, will also have a list of attendees that will be available to those registered several weeks before the convention.
